Location. Everything was right there, very conveinant. The staff was amazing, very fast and professional. With all the children I expected some noisy nights, far from it - quiet.
The toilets were very low.

Traveling in the off season, there are not many options in the area. Location is extremely convenient to Bryce National Park, the restaurant was adequate, and everything you could ever need is right there- food, hiking and camping supplies, gas,laundry, post office, and souvenirs. When we were not happy with our original room, the staff gladly upgraded us to another room at no additional charge.

Very easy check in and check out. I stayed off season, so NO crowds. I also had my dog and the lake and trails in the back of the property was nice and good for a walk. Reasonably appointed rooms and everything functioned. I stayed here because I could fix meals in the room with the fridge and microwave, since dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant.
If room service isn’t available, it would be nice to at least have take out from the restaurant.

For the price, it was a great location just outside the park. Everything was clean, the location lake view was quiet, and the staff was very friendly.
