This was our first visit. we were very impressed with our room and the overall décor of the hotel/casino, the buffet was also over the top.
Once we found the right gambling floor, we were ok. we were just use to Reno and LV where all gaming is on one floor.

We really enjoy our stays at the Horseshoe. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower wasn't good. This is a small issue to us, however.
