Room was nice and comfortable.

I was allowed to check-in before my scheduled check-in time of 4:00 PM. Parking was no hassle.

Do we really need to charge $2.00 for cokes in the vending machines next to the ice machines?

We were satisfied like on all our visits to the Horseshoe

Food was amazing and the staff was very hospitable!

I booked my room two weeks in advance and requested a room over looking the river. However, I had a late check in and was unable to receive a room over looking the river. Some bum who made reservations (walk in) that day got MY room. That's pretty lame that they don't treat committed customers the same. I'll be staying at margaritaville on my next stay and not recommending horseshoe to my friends. Yes it might be a small complaint for a room over looking the river but every other hotel advertised either a view of the river or not. So I'll go with the view next time I'm there for thanksgiving with my family.
