Not too much good things going on there
Front desk clerk gentleman on the night of the 6th was extremely rude when we asked about why our room door wouldn't open. His retort was very rude like we were stupid. No remote in room. Stuff on counters looked like it was thrown up there. Shower curtain had mold on it. Worst room I've stayed in. Way overpriced for treatment you get

We got there and were told no bell staff. Then we needed help with the luggage and she said we could go look for a luggage rack. We had asked for a room near the elevators and handicapped. She said if we wanted a room that was handicapped she would have to give us a magnolia suite and charge us $30.00 more for the night. We had to have it. We did talk to a person the next day and they refunded us the $30. No valet either so we had to run back and forth between the casino. Not a very good stay at all.

The prices could be cheaper. But they were the cheapest for all casino hotels.

The price was very fair and the restaurant was very nice, with the service being exceptional. We did use the valet parking which was convenient and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
Upon arrival, the desk clerk was completely disinterested in me, looked at me and excused himself for several minutes, going into an adjoining room for several minutes. He came back, then left again for another couple of minutes, before finally checking me in. Also, the 3rd floor maid supervisor was checking rooms and I asked her for a couple more pillows, as there was only 3 small ones on the bed. She wrote down the room number, and that was the last I saw of her. The additional pillows were not provided.

No refrigerator in the room we paid almost $200 for,band and atmosphere lacking, room a bit dingy, just overall not satisfied

Main reason for choosing Boomtown Casino & Hotel: 价格
Close to the Independence Bowl Statium. Casino was nice but couldn't time there due to having kids with us on our trip.
Only thing I didn't like there is no game room are kid room for children. That did keep us from doing the things we really wanted to do.
