When we needed to have an annoying low-battery noise stopped on a window security device, the maintenance man came right away and solved the problem. He was great.
The reception desk staff seemed annoyed that they had to hold their conversation and check us in. There was a charge for WiFi. This is free at IHOP, Wendy's, etc. A classy establishment should provide WiFi access free. The buffet was both over-priced and horrid. All-in-all: Never again.

I liked the 1800 Prime Steakhouse.
I did not like the fact that the room I was in Room 404, was dusty, bed not properly made and slow running shower drain. The bed headboard which is an orange suede like material was very dusty, the lamps had thick dust on them. There were two lamps in the room and one of them had a bad switch and the lamp would not turn on. That made the room very dark. When taking a shower, the drain was so slow that I was standing in water well over my ankles. For the price I paid for this room $183, I felt it was no better than a Motel 6.

Was very quiet and relaxing. wasnt there to gamble just for a night away from the kids and jobs with husband. Very comfortable room and bed.
