Friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Terrific bar. The art is the star of the show, however.
Only two things that I didn't like: one was the lumpy pillows. Just not comfortable. Second, no makeup mirror!!! Big problem for women and so easily solved.

The art collection is amazing. we ate in your restaurant and the food for both dinner and breakfast was but ... I lost my bracelet in the restaurant the last morning and Nathan found it, and it was returned by the desk. I was most appreciative of this. It was not only a gift from my son, but very valuable. Nathan was wonderful to return this to me... Thanks again for your good services. adrienne forbes

Cleanliness of all areas of the hotel. The museum on the first floor. The Hive restaurant. The staff responded to every need pleasantly and quickly. Valet parking was reasonable and valets were friendly and efficient.

Love the modern decor and the art galleries. Love that it's within walking distance to our favorite Bentonville Italian restaurant and to Crystal Bridges Museum. The staff is so positive and helpful - they're always striving to do more. And we love the penguins, too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The tour of the art collection was a treat. The restaurant is outstanding. The migrating penguins were a wonderful addition.
