Friendly people at the front desk, an in-house library, furnishings with character, and location in an historic neighborhood with a waterfront view. In other words, lots to like.

I like the location in the centre of the village. I love the sound of the trains and the activity in the harbour. The rooms are always clean and very comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. We have stayed at the Fairhaven Village Inn many times and will continue to do so.
Some of the times we have stayed at the Inn we have flown in from Australia in the morning after a 15 hour flight and the rooms are not available until 3pm. We've always waited around and that's no problem really. We would be prepared to pay extra for an earlier occupancy if a room was available.
