I wish you still had the coffee service available in the lobby. That was an amenity I really appreciated. Now, if I want a cup of coffee (other than the pretty awful stuff in the room)I have to buy a cup at the cafe.

Room was comfortable, quiet (except for one train) and felt clean.
Pillows, not thick enough to use only one, too thick for two.

Location
Instead of complimentary breakfast, there was a very high priced bistro available. The room was expensive. I think they should offer some advantage. I would not stay there again, because for less money, I can get a quality room, good location, and a complimentary breakfast somewhere else.

Staff was very helpful and courteous
The pool water temp could have been warmer and the hot tub had been removed from the facility!

This Courtyard by M is conveniently located near our son's family. It was very comfortable. We have stayed here twice and will do so again in the future.
The bed is a little too soft for us, but that is a small matter.
