The room was really nice, bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very accommodating. Very pleased overall and look forward to our next getaway.

I felt like the pool was lacking. The hotel is very nice inside, and the rooms were nice, great staff, but the pool felt out of place. If they could update the pool, maybe add a cabana bar section, the hotel could rival a pricey big city hotel.

I spent a lot of time there, while taking care of my failing mother, not knowing what would happen from day to day. So one day I called down to extend my stay yet again, but this time I was told they were booked for that weekend. I spoke to Chris, who told me to call down the next morning and she would see what she could do! Meanwhile as I would come in and out, I would ask the front desk if there were any changes and they would say no. Long story short, Chris helped me stay through that weekend. My mom passed away that weekend and I'll never forget, how much Chris helped make this easier for me. I checked out that following Thursday and will return when I come back to visit other family member s. Thanks so much!!! Shari Morotti

The one thing I did notice, is that around the edges of the room, where the normal vacuums cleaner couldn't reach, there was dust and dirt. Perhaps they need an attachment, that they could hit those areas from time to time.
