Beautiful hotel, outstanding service!
Only gripe: poor sound insulation (hall, adjoining rooms, hotel plumbing = the suite was not as quiet as I'd like....

The entire staff, from the concierge to the valet, was helpful, friendly, and professional. We were greeted with smiles and offers of assistance each time we entered or exited the hotel. We could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

In general, everything was wonderful!! Thank you for providing an elegant, european-style hotel.
The only negative is that free coffee is not available all morning. Nine am on weekdays and ten am on the weekends is much too early to discontinue the coffee. It would be nice a have a very simple continental breakfast.

Our stay was wonderful- too short, so we will be back! The view was beautiful- the music in the restaurant was lovely Sunday morning. So many special touches that were noticed and appreciated.
Service was slow Saturday night in the bar.

Your valet staff was superb. I am on crutches after foot surgery and they were exreaordinarily solicitous and kind.
I would prefer regular doors on the bathroom. If you have an early riser and a late riser the amount of light and noise the early riser makes is annoying
