The staff has always been very friendly and helpful.
The only thing I would change is to perhaps expand the Bistro to allow it to serve a wider variety of food to guests.

Quality of furniture and the room was excellent.
We did not dislike anything. The hotel was full of both in state and intrastate travelers.
