Sa position très centrale
Cet hôtel est vieillissant, il mérite d'être rénové. Il y a un gros problème d’insonorisation, car le samedi soir, il y a un bar très bruyant. Ma chambre était située au 2ème étage.
Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bien.

Loading zones full - had to cruise for 1.30 hours before dropping off bags.
Online ad stated parking available. Only parking at Britomart. Found cheaper parking elsewhere. False advertising. Late for "Wicked" show as a result!!
Room had water leak down window. Rainwater dripped in to the room all night. Carpet sodden. Desk was informed.

Fast and easy, great location, really friendly staff
The bathroom did not have a table/surface to rest toiletry bag on - this was a real nuisance!

La ubicación espetacular, en pleno Queen Street donde todo pasa y cerca de todo.
El desayuno, aunque Continental deja un poco que desear. Imposible tomar un te caliente. El televisor en la pieza, muy chico para el tamaño de la pieza y con pocos canales.

The Central City Location was ideal for access to all needed facilities and transport.
Unfortnately our room was subject to noise from the nightclub below. When it became too bad the staff moved us quickly. Auckland city council have been in communication with us and are seeking to remedy the situation.

Lave linge et frigo disponible.
Personnel agréable.
Sécurité (ascenseur)
Situation au coeur de la ville.
Rapport qualité /prix
Qualité moyenne de la literie.
Carrelage sol : carreaux fendus et certains ne collent plus. Risque de se blesser ( faible). Chambre ##202.
Manque un voilage côté fenêtre pour éviter vis à vis tout en ayant de la luminosité.

Its location
TV - at first the remote did not work. Repaired same day as front desk was informed. BUT they did not check it was fully working as I was unable to lower or raise the sound. No good if the wife wants to sleep and I want watch sport. Also no one checked the channels as on sports channel was frozen till the my final day.
