I really like everything of this hotel.The staff is really polite,the beds are really comfortable, and the breakfast they serve is delicious.

The staff was very helpful when I needed assistance with medical equipment and luggage. The location was central and convenient. The price was very good.
The bathroom was not clean at all, there was black mold growing in the toilet, the floor was dirty, not swept or mopped. There were 2 outlets not working and had to get a power strip for the medical equipment we needed to have use of. No one ever came back to fix the problem. We had to call for security at 1:30am when the lodgers above us were disturbing for over 1/2 hour. There was a dog convention going on so having dogs where you eat and barking in the hallways and using the surrounding area as a bathroom where owners did not clean up after them was quite annoying.

One night stay the A/C went out and wasn't able to resolve problem till the next afternoon after a few calls to the front desk..

Great waitress in the club during the NBA game. Quick service and great attention to our needs.

You have a good staff-the guys in the breakfast room were on top of it. I loved the bed and HD TV.
My sink didn't drain well, which is an easy fix. Housekeeping should alert maintenance to small details like this

The staff was great with that wonderful western hospitality. At times I felt like I was home. Smiles were always good, service was great. Loved the breakfast with custom handmade omelets and hot biscuits. Every request was handled with quick professional service. A good place to stay.
Internet was slow at times. But that means there are a lot of people who like this hotel.
