Quiet room location. Lobby, grounds and patio area were beautiful. The front office manager, Matthew Troche was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. He had a smile on his face.......

Our room was not serviced and I had to call 2x to request clean towels and coffee set ups. We where delivered 1package of regular coffee w no creamer or sweetener.

Location, views, 12:00 check out
When checking in, no bellman on duty d or carts available to transport our luggage,. this was annoying and inconvenient. when we checked out, a bellman was available.
also, was difficult to plug in the coffee pot as the cords had to be unraveled, then the extension plug unraveled in order to plug it in.
