Quiet room location. Lobby, grounds and patio area were beautiful. The front office manager, Matthew Troche was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. He had a smile on his face.......

Our room was not serviced and I had to call 2x to request clean towels and coffee set ups. We where delivered 1package of regular coffee w no creamer or sweetener.

Location, views, 12:00 check out

When checking in, no bellman on duty d or carts available to transport our luggage,. this was annoying and inconvenient. when we checked out, a bellman was available. also, was difficult to plug in the coffee pot as the cords had to be unraveled, then the extension plug unraveled in order to plug it in.

This was our first trip to Albuquerque and staying at the old town location was so convenient to museums and the parks. The staff was professional; friendly and helpful with all our needs. We were greeted with smile from everyone.

The bathroom lacked counter space for cosmetics,etc.
