The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is extremely convenient for someone who has a family member hospitalized at the medical center across the
street. A bridge connects the hotel to the hospital and while the hotel does offer some parking, there are two parking garages within walking distance from the hotel.

Very comfortable room and bed. Floor was very quiet.
There wasn't anything about the hotel that I didn't like. I was surprised when I checked in to learn that because I booked through you I wasn't eligible for reward points from Hilton.
