The staff were amazing especially the evening shift person, whose name I do not have. She was blonde and very friendly and helpful. She made fresh cookies for us and found us coffee cups and hot water to make tea when my friend and I wanted to visit in the lounge for a couple of hours. We felt right at home.
The breakfast was delicious.
I couldn't find a hair dryer in the room. That would have been a nice touch. fortunately , my hair is short and dries on its own quickly.

Room was very clean - loved the breakfast in the morning - very nice touch - all staff were above and beyond.
