The Staff, Trisha and Chris. Hotel was nice but the hospitality, helpfulness & kindness to 2 weary travelers was more than expected. That is what I remember and why I would stay again. Thank you Trisha and Chris.

I always like staying at the Hampton. Never ran in to too many problems. Always clean and comfortable.
The only thing that I had a problem with was when I requested a late check out. It was my 50th birthday and we had been out late at my surprise party with family and the front desk that morning seemed a little put out that I had requested it. I know it was late to do so but I had forgotten when we checked in. But it has never been a problem in the past. Was surprised at her response. Not professional at all!

The room was cool when we first entered. The air conditioner was on. I liked the way the towels were kept. They were easy to get to--and you did not mess up the ones you did not use. The rooms were big enough and you did not feel crowded in them. I liked the way the drapes covered the windows. They completely covered the windows, but could be fixed where you could see oy if you wanted to.

Everything was so clean from the lobby to the rooms to the breakfast area. Staff was helpful. Check-in and check-out was quick.
The directions given to the hotel. It would really help if the Exit Number was listed. The name on the hotel is so small it can't be read from the Interstate. Coming from the east you had to exit almost 2 miles before the street. And there was only one small street sign. I passed the exit 3 times before taking a chance to go around orange barrels and finally stopping at another hotel to ask if anyone knew how to get to the Hampton Inn.
