The staff was nice and hospitable. Room was fairly nice and quiet but there was an issue with the toilet and it seemed that it was an existing problem before we got the room. Also I noticed some cigarette ash on the windowsill like it had not been cleaned real well. Other than that was pretty good.

Convenient location, good advice from the staff where best to eat, room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast provided was convenient and plenty for all. plenty of free parking
Took awhile to work out how to adjust the shower spray which caused water to leak onto the floor. Once we worked it out it was great. It was very windy and it got cold quickly when we arrived in the evening, we were not expecting this but was told the wind was unusual.

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to find and the most decent hotel in Yucca Valley. Quiet. Bottled water available in vending machine. Typical breakfast fare, french toast was good. Breakfast available at 6am. Clean public areas.
Bathroom counter was not wiped under coffee tray, otherwise it was acceptably clean. A/C was louder than we'd prefer. Closet door came off track. Ironing board wobbly. No breakfast meats available on 2nd morning of our stay.

Loved the kitchenette. Well equipped, clean, spacious. Loved that all linens were fragrance free. Hurrah for Best Western on that score!

Everything
One suggestion: cut a ramp into the sidewalk next to the new building. It's hard to lift the luggage cart over the curb.
