Loved having a real breakfast which had many choices....what a surprise and treat!
Loved the bed and it was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in! To bad I couldn't figure out how to get it into my car to take it home.

When we needed to change rooms because the television wasn't working, the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are large and clean.

Location & front desk staff helpful
Our room was not cleaned the first night b/c the desk clerk said housekeeping does not stay after 12:00 noon. I knew this was a fabrication since check out time is 11:00 a.m. They said I HAD THE dO nOT dISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR. I DID UNTIL 11:30 A.M. WHEN i TOLD A HOUSEKEEPER WHO WAS WORKING ON THE ROOM ACROSS FROM US THAT i WAS OUT of the room & it was clear to service. No service the next night either & we then took their offer to move to another room which was a hassle b/c we had a lot of stuff with us. I asked on the 3rd day for the room to be serviced ASAP & when we came back an hour and 1/2 later it was not done so we waited in the lobby until it was cleaned. No excuse for the shoddy housekeeping.
