Customer service was good.
We had smoke in our room through the air conditioning vent. The staff tried to help with the problem of smoking coming from one of the floors. After trying to pinpoint the problem, the staff could not find the exact source. I still enjoyed the service I received.

The staff was excellent in every way and the location, for our needs, was perfect. The building was beautiful, as was our room.
We had requested two queen beds and had listed that we had three people staying in the room. When we got there we were given one king size bed for 3 people, and we were told that 2 queens were not guaranteed. They did FINALLY give us two roll-away beds after our third request, but one was dirty and broken while the other was wobbling back and forth, completely unsteady for sleeping. It was a frustrating experience.

We enjoyed it all, especially the breakfast buffet...it was great...the food was very good and the chef cooking the omletts and waffles did a very good job.

位置接近的艺术区和酒吧。我们还进行精细餐饮步行距离之内。
因为它是靠近舞台上，有很多孩子在这家酒店。我们的整个地板是孩子摔门，大声喧哗的大厅和运行向上和向下的大厅里，直到凌晨3点显然无人看管。很不礼貌的！

床很精致，成立的房间。代客停车是无可挑剔的。客房服务，在手机上，在人的喜悦。
在我的房间里的椅子弄脏了，前台的工作人员是超然的。
