It was lovely and the lady who was on the desk the afternoon we checked in was super. She told us about a great restaurant, Putters, (I think) just down the block from the hotel and it was delicious. I would probably not have gone there if she hadn't suggested it. She seemed to really care about our stay. And a gentleman who worked at the hotel got us ice because the ice machine was broken.

Larry at the desk was the only good thing you have going for you at this location.
Reception in lobby, thumping music starting at 4pm, called to complain at 11:30 pm and again at 11:45 pm, threatened to call the police at that point. I asked about NC's 11pm sound ordinance and was told it didnt apply since they paid for their room. Well so did all the guest in the hotel and we had a 7:30 tournement to be awake for. Horrible horrible experience
