Staff were all very warm and welcoming. We needed a few things from housekeeping like extra blankets and coffee and we had these 8tems at our room in under 5 min. Vvery quick service.

There was a small problem with our first room and they upgraded us to a better suite at no additional cost.

We attended the Winnipeg quilt show banquet, which was held in the ballroom(?). Then we could go to our room when we wished. There was no tea in our room, so I asked the desk attendant for some. Since there was none at his counter he had someone bring tea bags and coffee to our room.

Very comfortable bed
Room was very clean
Food was excellent
The gentleman working in the lounge was very professional and helpful always very courteous. We're sorry now that we didn't get his name so that he could be properly recognized and identified here. He is a great asset to your establishment.

No coffee pot for coffee maker in room 307
Room was pricy for the size
