Lovely, high end hotel. Excellent service. Very clean.
A small thing, but didn’t like that there wasn’t a fitted bottom sheet on the beds.

Everything, but especially the apparently brand new room in the Tazewall Hall building, and the great spa/fitness facilities. This hotel never diappoints.

The bed is super comfortable. The staff guy, John who came to fix our coffee maker was an employee who cared about doing his job right and was extremely polite.

The staff, specifically housekeeping and the front desk, were superior! Any issue or concern was met with immediate resolution.
The room in which we stayed needed a facelift. The paint was peeling above one of the beds, the nightstand in between the beds also had peeling paint and many knick marks, and the bathroom door was banged up and was in need of replacement.

I don't know if the restaurant in the hotel is under the hotel management but the waitress there was great.
