I lost a lineage society pin which the staff found in the lobby, recognized me when I came back to ask about it and returned it immediately to me. I appreciate their thoughtfulness immensely!!

Main reason for choosing Washington Hilton: 设施
We were extreme impressed with the receptionist Ayesha. She greeted us immediately upon our arrival, made appropriate suggestions about our stay, and came up to our room and connected us to the Wi-Fi and started the television programming. I am a retired high school teacher and am not quite computer savvy. Ayesha made us feel at home.
The bell man was also very cordial and helpful. We did not get his name.
