The room, restaurant and other common areas were nicely appointed, especially since the last time I stayed there (yeeeaaars ago). Nice staff who were generally very helpful. Great facilities, even though we didn't get a chance to use them.
Those pedestal bathroom sinks are attractive, but not very conducive for use by travelers.

Kind and helpful staff, great workout facility and breakfast. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Facilities were very good. Tammy at main desk is excellent.
Girls at concierge were not at all familiar with the area. Housekeeping! Our room did not have trash emptied for 3 days. Floors not swept for 3 days. Sink not cleaned for 3 days. Pipe under sink leaked badly. (was quickly fixed)No extra toilet paper. Room was much smaller than expected of such a fine resort. No one available to help us with luggage at checkout. There is no elevator to our 2nd floor room. .

Very relaxing place to stay, the food and service in the bar is excellent.

THE HELPFULNESS OF THE STAFF, THE BREAKFASTS WERE WELL PREPARED & DELICIOUS, WHEN THEY COMP0LETE THE RENOVATIONS IT WILL BE AN IDEAL PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN WARREN, OHIO.

When we checked in the man at the front desk had his shirt hanging out and the buttons so tight his skin showed. There was only one bottle of water per room. At the breakfast Sunday the room was so dark you could not even serve from the buffet. No hostess to help or trash cans.
