The room was lovely. We only had coffee provided for one morning but we could have requested more.
You desperately need to offer handicapped amenities: taller toilet (ours was very short which meant my husband had to help.) A roll-in shower is desperately needed. My husband had to go buy a suction hand rail so I could get in and out of the tub.A high toilet seat should have been provided.

Cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and it was quiet.
Our non-smoking room had the smell as if someone had been smoking in it. Staff was not able to do anything but offered to report it to the manager.
