The girls working the counter were terrible. They were much more interested in their social life than customer service.

Location and online booking
First door lock did not scan card. Instead of calling for assistance the office staff kept scanning different cards and saying try that . . . until finally giving me a different room. The breakfast room was a mess, garbage overflowing, dirty tables and missing almost all the food items. I would rather pay more and have a key work and have a nice breakfast.

QUIET room, clean, everything worked, clerk very pleasant and friendly. Lighting wasn't great, but it was acceptable, and was better than many places. (Apparently many motels expect you to watch TV, and can't be bothered to provide a good place to read.)
No problems; I'm happy to recommend this motel.

That we spent most of our time with family at their place
Was very unclean, I have stayed alot of Super 8 motels and this has been one of the dirtiest one's I have ever stayed at, will be going back to Walla Walla in June and will find a different motel to stay at.

Confortable, très bien situé avec un accès quasi immédiat à l'autoroute, une excellente valeur. Tout ce que vous avez besoin à un prix très raisonnable.
