The restaurant, Jade Fountain, was fabulous.both service and food!
Heat in middle room, living area, did not work...turned up to as high as it would go and we still got cold air.

Location was great on Douglas Street for driving into the city and over to the University. Despite being on a major road, the unit was quiet, the windows open for ventilation. There was a rain storm during our visit so we needed to hang around the room more, it was very comfortable, particularly with the fridge and microwave. Internet and laundry, free parking but no breakfast. Beds were very comfortable and the décor very modern.
There aren't any restaurants close by or grocery stores, you can walk or drive a few blocks to Mayfair Mall. No breakfast offered, the elevator was small and slow but the stairs were an easy step away. The room wasn't cleaned during our 2 day stay, they only refilled coffee and soaps, garbage was left in the room.
