Calm and relaxing. A very comfortable environment throughout my stay, albeit only one night. Can't wait to go back and would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

We love the delta 9cean pointe and have stayed many times before. The soap experience was wonderful. They sent chocolates and red wine to our room when they realized it was my husband birthday weekend celebration....loved that
Nothing about the hotel experience however booking through you was alittle but of a challenge. I got no confirmation until I called 2x for it and no receipt for the stay. I still require a receipt for expenses and the hotel could not supply one. Please send one for the room stay.

On arrival, Karen learned that we were celebrating our 65th wedding anniversary. Karen immediately gave us access to the club lounge. We then enjoyed complimentary breakfasts, etc. There was an entwined hearts card from Karen in our room. The view of the Harbour was fantastic, the Lure was excellent, and the staff were super. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

The view. We are locals and use the hotel for our “staycations”. We always stay in a premium king room with the view of the Inner Harbour. Christmas is awesome, spring is amazing, fireworks at holidays are not to be missed.
Room large and clean. Bar fridge comes in handy for treats and wine/beer.
Yes. Hotel food just OK. Last night there had rib appetizer that was way too salty and a Ceaser salad that was tasteless with out salt and pepper. Fish and chips good, cob salad wonderful, pizza good too. But every thing else just ok.
