We had a fantastic time. Came for 2 nights and stayed for 3. Just didn't want to leave. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great room service. Had an enjoyable time and will go back

There were occasional bad smells in room due to old pipes. We just opened the screen door and put on the fan after we called them once. It was temporary and the rest was so good we delt with it

Wonderful breakfast all to ourselves in the dining room at 6:45 a.m. Food and service both excellent!

No complaints with the hotel itself. But we were promised two beds when we made our reservation and only a single bed was available when we arrived.

Wouldn't honor a AAA discount

As mentioned above, the service provided by staff was excellent. In room breakfast was delivered promptly and courteously The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I would especially like to single out front desk concierge Evan. His politeness and sincerity to assist in any manner was over the top. Don't let him get away! We look forward to coming back next year if at all possible.

WORST hotel stay EVER....don't waste your money unless you want to be treated poorly by the front desk staff, promised a lovely room with private balacony or patio and breakfast the next day in the restaurant over looking the ocean, but really getting put down in a room that I think was the staff quarters because it was older than I am. The tile was from the 1960's if that new, the room was practically on the freeway, had no window that opened and we were in a hallway that sounded like a freight train was rolling through everytime someone walked down it. Needless to say we didn't get our private balcony or patio!!! To be treated poorly, dicked around for two hours by the front desk staff and then to be put down in the dungeon of the hotel that I know has been newly renovated because I live in this town...ummm NO I don't think I would waste my money coming here again and I most certainly will NOT reccommed it to anyone else. Get it together people of the Wyndym chain...nobody should EVER stay in that section of the hotel that is a paying guest. I would like my $167 back because I was there for less than 24hours and it was not what I was promised on the website!

The view the beach front areas , the room was amazing especially the Suite that I was in , the Garden area was so green and so refreshing to look out of your to room , very sress free.

The grounds were beautiful. I loved the temerpedic bed.

There is no hot tub and the TV in the room was old and small.

Front desk personnel were very helpful and genuinely friendly. When our dinner plans changed, the restaurant staff opened a separate room for our larger party and the fodd/service was excellent.
