The staff were very competent. We kept getting a cancellation notice from Marriott Bonvoy and Esmelda at the desk assured me she would speak to her manager and take care of booking us another room for our three night stay . She always remembered my name and was helpful with any questions. Our rooms were very clean the beds comfortable and the breakfast delicious
No, the Marriott Bonvoy kept cancelling one of our rooms but that was not the Residence Inn problem andvthey fixed it

The people were quite nice and the room was clean. great location. The reason we stayed there was because the conference we were attending was there.
There were a lot of add on costs. Parking, internet, etc.
