Location was great, staff were very helpful
Limit time on using the spa was inconvenient most of the days after walking for hours getting to the hotel at six we were unable to use it except for appointment which is inconvenient people do not need to use it during the day because we were out most of the day

Very clean. Comfortable beds. Perfect location for all downtown neighborhoods. We spent most of our time walking and very little using the car. I would definitely stay here again.
Nothing I can really think of. The hot water, if turned on full hot, was SCALDING, but much better than having not enough hot water!

We could not get wi if after repeated requests and discussions with tech folks. We will never stay there again and wish we could get some repayment.
