Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tuscumbia/Muscle Shoals

Staff was very nice, the room was clean and neat. Had plenty of towels, washcloths, soap, etc.

Nothing was bad on this visit.

Friendliness of staff especially at the front desk.

Friendly staff,price reasonable, bright and clean, nice view from fourth floor room.

Pool was closed to early. Hot days in October. Wish there was a restaurant to walk to.

Not sure where to start, the staff was GREAT!!! Location was GREAT, It was clean!!! Love the owner pride!!!

Only one thing, I am handicap and I was put on the 4th floor, I don't like elevators, so it was somewhat difficulty going up and down. But if that is all that was wrong then it was a GREAT stay.

First night I was on 3rd floor. Some kid on 4th floor was doing high dives evidently off the bed. It was late and I thought surely they would go to bed soon so I did not call the front desk. Howewver, I turned on the TV to drown out the noise but all I could get was what appeared to be vacaation pictures of some family. The desk clerk came and finally was able to re-program the TV.While there someone on 2nd floor called to complain about the kid jumping. The clerk called the fourth floor and very tactfuly told the mother the problem.The mother apologized and said she would stop the jumping.(The kid did stop jumping about midnight,two hours later).In the early AM I needed to use the toilet,but the toilet would not flush. I was assigned a room on the fourth floor,but when I opened the door I was greeted by a swarm of house flies. After a great breakfast provided by the hotel,I requested my room be rid of the flies when I returned. This was done with the exception of one fly which I chased most of the night. My third night was uneventful and very peaceful. I suppose these things happen from time to time. You do have a good staff. Being the bigot I suppose I am,I have never had a good experience with any business owned by the name Patel.

Everything was great including the wonderful breakfast. I will definitly stay again.
