Its was a very pleasant end friendly atmosphere everyone was kind and helpful.
We were charged for wifi which was free but fee was removed from the bill when customer service representative noticed the charge.

The location was excellent for us, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Of particular note: the young woman at the concierge check in desk, where we were sent since I was in an a
Electric scooter was very helpful as wax the doorman who assisted us up to our room. The waiter at dinner in the restaurant, with a 2 1/2 yr old and a young baby was also most helpful.
The only two negative comments were that the mattress on my bed had a very noticeable slope to the right, which, sine I am a side sleeper made sleeping very difficult. Also, there was a loud and lengthy party of shrieking women above us, which carried of for over an hoe, quite late at night.

Hotel Sheraton location is excellent and the staff at front desk all are very help full. Bell desk staff also very helpfull. Hotel is excellent.
Yes the breakfast is not up to the international standard. Hotel must have good breakfast items. The hotel management should relax breakfast timing up to 10.30 am as peoples visit Toronto on vacations.
