Nice place, generally clean, friendly staff.
Didn't offer the government rate even though we have a standing offer with your hotel...???

Business centre was free of charge. Beds were comfortable. rooms and lobby were very pleasant. Hotel was very conveniently located. Price was excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel before and I really enjoyed it. The rooms are perfect with great amenities - the beds and linens are extremely comfortable which always make staying at hotels lovely!
The only thing I would say I was bothered by was the fact that there was no parking left in valet when I got to the hotel. I had to walk underground (which was better than walking in the rain, but extremely difficult to navigate when you're not used to it).

I loved the fact that I could ask the front desk questions and request for items through text. It made things very accessible and easy. I got quick responses and quick results.
The only concern was with the shower. The shower had a crack in the seal (in between the glass wall and the door). Since the seal was not properly done water would leak in from the shower to the floor.

I was there on a weekend when there were a couple of big events going on and there was no room for my car in the hotel garage. Minor inconvenience. I parked across the street at Commerce.

Mix of old and new is tastefully done.
suites are nice
easy to get in to and out of not always so in large cities
It wasn't clear to me whether I could get room service. there was no menu so I assumed no.
the bathroom door (1007) had been damaged and should be replaced rather than repaired.
price for location and room was quite good, but parking is highest I've encountered. even $10 less would be more acceptable.
