Absolutely loved the choice of pools, locations, friendly staff, the free newspapers, and especially the children's play room which my children really liked (especially the two rabbits hopping around.)

The pool/sauna/whirlpool. The comfortable bed. The friendly helpful staff. The lotions and shampoo in the room appeared to be of good quality.
The alarm clock in the room did not work properly but staff did offer to fix it. Difficult to navigate the TV menu: remote would not bring up a channel guide.

It was a convenient to the events that we want to see.
In the AM we asked a staff person were we could have a coffee and bagel and sent us to the restaurant. It ended up we could have gone into where they were serving the breakfast buffet we could get just a coffee and bagel. It was confusing.

No internet service we tried to connect many times
Eaton centre comes up
I found the price of the room with parking to be very expensive
Guess that's what you get for downtown Toronto
