The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The front desk staff were able to answer all of my questions and were a great help.
I made use of the shuttle service provided and the driver was a bit rude and not very pleasant. I indicated my destination and he said they were closed a lot of the time. This was incorrect because I am from Topeka and actually had a scheduled event at the location.

The Front Desk Staff were awesome.
I left a wake up call for one of the mornings and never got the call. I almost was late for the convention. The alarm which had been obviously set by the prior person in the room came on at 12 midnight- This may be something that the room cleaner can check before leaving the room to prepare another.

My stay was as close to being home as I could get. the staff was attentive and helpful in everyway, and the breakfast was to die for.

Clean rooms, friendly desk clerks & maids. I was there for a conference; all the meetings were right there. Very Convenient

It was convenient to where my convention was being held. Easy access to interstate.
It's old and didn't look clean to me. For the price, it should be updated or a lessor price for the rooms.

Close to the wedding reception I was attending and the bar downstairs.
A little expensive, but that's probably because I work in a hotel and usually get discounted rooms. Unfortunately there were no hotels in Topeka that offered an employee discount from my hotel.

Staff and services were wonderful
I was in room 121 and it was rather noisy and the bed was very unconforatable.
