Excellent service!!!! I am so grateful for the help of the staff who helped my husband back to our room,He has dementia. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and understanding towards him (This was the Night staff on Thanksgiving night. Please give them some kind of commendation for their help!!!!!

Ease of check in. Room was very comfortable and was excellent in cleanliness. The bed was really one of the best hotel beds I have slept on.
A minor comment - the drain stopper in our bath sink did not work.

Excellent free hot breakfast, free high-speed wifi, comfortable room and bed, charming & helpful staff.
The first-floor room smelled moldy on first walking in, but didn't notice it once the excellent a/c was turned on. I'm very sensitive to mold smells and it may be that someone else wouldn't have noticed it. It didn't bother me. There was no information in the room about the 24/7 "gallery" so we didn't realize we could have gotten food and beverages there after hours. Also, the maid left a coffee cup clearly dirty after cleaning the room, and didn't replenish the coffee packets. Otherwise the rooms was cleaned just fine.

The hotel was clean and nice. The location is perfect for when you have things to do on the North size of San Antonio.
In the room we stayed in, the air conditioner didn't work correctly. It would go from hot to freezing and back again. The ac was loud. Kept us awake between the noise and being hot or cold.
