We were able to get daily passes to the Fitness Centre.
Extended parking during our absence.
Our room is due for renovations. The shower control lifted off the fixture whenever used making it a little tricky to turn off the tap.

Rooms were comfortable and clean.
I had called about a reservation change- the staff was patient and helpful .
The restaurant service was incredibly slow. Our party of 2 children and 4adults came for supper. It did not appear to be busy. It took over 45 minutes to get food served. /we went for breakfast, had simple orders , and again it took an unusually long timeto receive food.

Staff was very helpful in carrying my bags to my room due to my disability and switching my room to be closer to the elevator.

We took advantage of your parking and shuttle to the airport while we were gone for 10 days. It saved us a lot of money and the shuttle was there waiting on our departure as well as our arrival. That's a great perk. We didn't eat but it's was nice having the lounge in the hotel to unwind in when we arrived.
