Good location - room was very roomy and nice - love big bathrooms!
Thought the breakfast options could have been better. Appreciated that it started at 5 am

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean.
I was a bit taken aback to be give a handicap room, which had some awkward features for someone who is not handicapped. Coat rack very low on wall, light switches low on wall, but these features would, of course, be excellent for a handicapped guest.

Upon arrival the receptionist was very welcoming.
The location was easy access to the roads we needed to take to get to our hikes

The room was perfect and already set up with a an extra bed. Since we had such a late arrival, It was very convenient to put my sleeping 5yr old right to bed. The king size bed that my wife and I slept in was probobly the most comfortable bed I have ever, ever, slept in.

The staff including the manager were extremely helpful and personable. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The bed and bedding were so amazing I slept through my alarm!

The location in proximity to Lakehead University. I look forward to my next stay. We will use this hotel many times.over the next 4 years.

The social aspects of the breakfast room and t he variety of breakfast items available. Also the staff was courteous helpful and friendly.
TV model outdated. No pet rooms........what??
