Charged three different prices for cokes purchased from the store! Disconcerting

The facility was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were ample in size. The bed was excellent for comfort. The room was well equipped with amenities such as hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen TV, etc.

The hotel was outfitted with a system that required you to use your room key for access to almost everything. My wife was stuck in the elevator alone because I had the room key and the elevator would not open its door without the room key. One needs the room key to use the ice machine. One cannot use the restrooms without the room key and the list goes on and on. It's very maddening and frustrating. The continental breakfast was very disappointing as well. Not much selection and the food only luke warm. And finally, although the hotel offers several types of discount, we did not qualify for any since we booked our reservations OnLine through hotelsone.com. The only way to get a discount is to book through Hampton Inn directly. So, I paid full price (which was a lot) for a very disappointing stay. Never again!

Was pleased to see a refrig and microwave. The bed was comfy. The room pleasant.

It was not your fault but we had a lot of activity on our ceiling. Finally by Sat. Afternoon we asked Kathy at the desk to check it out. It was handled in a timely matter and a complimentary basket was delivered. Not sure why a family with children would be put on the 4th floor.

The staff was so friendly, the rooms were so clean, and the price was right. I have stayed at 3 different hotels in Tacoma in the past year, and Hampton Inn and Suites in by far the best in this price range. I will definitely stay there again (can't say that about the other hotels)!

Honestly....nothing! It was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!
