The attitude and overall personality of the staff. Their attitude was positive, helpful, and knowledgeable .
The Valets were fast, room service was fast. This organization really has its act together. Great to see this !!!
We thought the Sunday Brunch was a bit pricey. It is very good however.

Charming hotel, located within walking distance to nice shops and restaurants. Excellent pool and health club.This was my third stay at the Vinoy Renaissance, and I'll return.

There should be free wireless in every hotel room.

The rooms, food, service people and ambiance were exceptional. It had been many years since my last visit to the Vinoy and I can't wait to come back.
I hated to leave.
