Your honesty and concern for your guest. I left my wallet in the hotel room safe opened when i realized it I called your hotel immediately, your security person went to my room, new guest were there and they gave it to security. Nothing was missing. I love your hotel and beautiful location.

Everything. We just spent one night for my boyfriends birthday. I had a dinner party for him at Marchands. Your staff there was awesome. I have had several events there over the years and it is always a great experience.
Yes, I can't afford to live there. Little joke.

Convenience to the event I was attending. Great breakfast.
Reservation was incorrect. Needed 2 queens. Hotel received reservation for a king. Good news? Room was easily movecsnd promptly.

The front desk staff in particular was very helpful. For some reason in the 10 minutes between making my reservation thru your service & Check in the bay front room I paid for was not available. I was not happy that I was going to have to change rooms the day after Check in. Consequently the night manager went & cleaned the room so I wouldn’t have to change rooms in the middle of my visit. I still don’t understand what kind of glitch occurred That made the bayside room on your computer but not available 10 minutes later. The bathroom was clean & shiny.
