Staff was courteous and helpful. The lock on our door did not work properly and we requested another room and that was accomplished.

The front desk lady named Michelle was so nice and very helpful. She answered all of my questions about places to eat etc, and even found us a really nice cab driver. Very friendly staff!
The tub didn't drain while taking a shower

I have stayed here many times when I come to the MVC basketball championship and have always been happy with the stay
We stayed 3 nights and room was not cleaned after the first night. I do not care for the breakfast anymore. Seems expensive for what we got but the service was great. Lady behind counter for food was very rude.

Very friendly office staff; large clean comfortable room, reasonable price.
Missed the free breakfast we get at some other (not Hilton) motels.

Room was spacious and clean.
I had an issue with my toilet that took 5 phone calls to front desk and over 6 hours to correct. Service in Dining room for lunch was not good. Food was very good.
