Hotel layout, decor. The staff were friendly, welcoming, but also knowledgeable and efficient. They chatted with me, but quickly got me checked into my room. That's a fine art that the staff of many hotels have not mastered. The room was clean and the products were high quality.... coffee, furniture, bedding. Most of all I enjoyed the food. My breakfast was excellent ....room service. I was impressed by all the traditional Newfoundland fare that was offered. This hotel seems to have a true appreciation and respect for Newfoundland culture and traditions. Bravo Sheraton!
