Front desk personnel very nice Friend lost phone, it was found and returned to front desk Roomy was clean housekeeping staff very helpful. Would stay again.

The staff was incredibly accommodating from the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff. Really made the stay enjoyable.

The restaurant service was very slow for breakfast and the first day the women working was just not happy. She looked and acted miserable. The food wasn't great either. The hallways and elevators were not air conditioned which made it very hot getting to and from our room. On the last day there housekeeping never tended to our room. I had to call to ask for toilet paper and clean towel. Every other day it was fine. The place needs updating.

Great pool and beach access. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds.

The carpet looked clean but my feet would be black on the bottoms after walking around barefoot.

The location on the beach

Hotel is EXTREMELY dated and run-down! Needs a complete gutting!This may have been a "resort" 50 years ago, but long since lost that status.
