It met our needs and was a very quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. I would choose to stay again!
Don't like having to pay for parking!

We were very pleased staying at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel. For the price and the location we give it 4.5 stars. The Lobby is quite distinctive, the hotel was very pleasant and professional. We would highly recommend other to your fine hotel.
Honestly, being in the home furnishings industry and selling and sleeping on higher end mattresses, we are accustomed to more comfortable bedding. Your mattresses' are more comfortable than most that we sleep on in the room price range that your hotel offers. When it comes time to replace the mattresses you may consider the Kingsdown product line. A comfortable night rest is very important.

The staff was helpful and friendly and our room was very clean. Spent a week there on a conference and I would return in the future without hesitation.
Only thing I missed was a small refrigerator in the room.

The proximity to the tourist sites. The ability to walk to many sites and have the tour bus within walking distance was excellent.
The food was not good. We ate at Bennigans every night.
The bathroom was not as clean as it could have been. It was unclean along the base of the tub.

The location was ideal with plenty of dining and attractions within walking distance or nearby. I also liked that that the hotel is named Lincoln as the sole purpose of our visit was a vacation to see the Lincoln Library.
While I expected to pay for parking after reading some of the hotel's reviews, the hotel staff never explained the parking, nor asked if I had a car. The signs for parking said something about a pay station located in the hotel and another in the garage. But after looking in both locations, I came to find out that the "pay station" meant paying at the gate upon exit. I would have expected this if it wasn't for the signs or if the staff had volunteered information about the parking.
