Clean bed and clean room and the shuttle bus was terrific
More light in room especially bathroom area would be good and head board for bed

We were comfortable and appreciated the convenience of the park and fly.
The woman who was behind the desk was brusque, bordering on rude to us and to others checking in.

Main reason for choosing Park Pointe Hotel: 价格
The staff was attentive, the quarters clean and comfortable. I had never been to the town of South San Francisco,and enjoyed it, and its people. The reheated pancakes and waffles were a bit of a disapointment, as was the lack of fresh fruit at the continental breakfast, but then it was not a four star hotel, and didn't have the four star hotel price tag. It was as advertised and the shuttle was the selling point.
As I said above, the reheated waffles and pancakes instead of fresh, and lack of fresh fruit with the continental breakfast.

Saubere und sehr schön eingerichtet Zimmer, welche zu einer ruhigen, gepflegten Gartenanlage führen. Das Hotel ist äusserst nahe am Flughafen und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in vergleichbarer Flughafennähe absolut top!
