Poor food service, poor parking facilities. Car was damaged by people trying to get into narrow parking spot next to my car. Changed reservation to an another hotel which had lower rate and better parking

We arrived late to the hotel, about 8 pm. Ther was only ONE computer for guests to use, could not get to computer to print my boarding pass for the next mornings EARLY flight. Gentleman using computer tied it up for almost 2 hrs. This is not fair to other paying guests. Finally the counter logged into airport for me and printed our boarding passes. However, they did not print due to large job printing by the gentleman on the computer. I was told they would be there in the morning, in an envelope with my name on it. Finally about 9:30 pm, we got to our room after this fiasco. Shower curtain rod was faulty, seemd to have come loose from the wall...didnt dare touch for fear it would fall. Next morning at 7 am, we went to lobby to check out, pick up our boarding passes and catch 7:20 shuttle to airport. Told desk personel that there should be an envelope with my name on it. It was no where to be found. He finally started looking through the huge mound of papers that were on the printer and finally found them. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. I don't think I will stay there again. I want better amenities that we received....
